• Registration and Login (able to skip and go to menu to place booking order, can create account later)
• Booking page (Collection Date: from – address/postcode, Delivery Date: to – address / postcode, cargo size (__kg and l x w x h in meter or m3, Cargo content: ___ , no of unit: ___, carton/pallet upload photo (if any)
• Select Service Type: 2-3 days (<48 hours), 4-5 days (<60 hours), with estimate cost – by key in the trip address (with address book)
• Notification – push
• Localization payment – e-wallet and voucher to be offered and use in-app
• History/scheduled delivery – show status: In-request, confirmed, payment received, attention required (additional charges to be paid, unsuccessful attempt – no such person,), assigned – truck no, collected, on the way, out for delivery, returned, delivered, completed
• Create job number for reference, print booking details: Sender Details (PIC name, contact number, 2nd contact number), Receiver Details (PIC name, contact number, 2nd contact number), +option to add pick-up locations and delivery locations @ additional charge, note column____________)
• In-app chat support or WhatsApp link to business number for offline support
• Additional point for collection and delivery at additional fee
• Trip Bidding Market – post request starting with base price -optional-
• Rate and review service
