I have a software that is on its last stages of development that is both Android, IOS and website

This software is has many features and it going to be used by client to register and do some exams.

I need an expert who can do the following:
1- Perform audit checking on all the platforms IOS,android,Web and make sure software is working good and as planned
2- Be the focal point between me and the developing company for the following:
a. Handle customers IT inquires that relates to software operation or any bugs
b. Handle any updates requests that might come from me to the development company and converted to well defined technical requirements and communicate with development company and obtain clear date of delivery and make sure deliverables are correct
c. Prepare CR forms and plans for updates and manage it and discus any budget issues with development company in any updates that is out of the normal support level provided by the company
d. Follow up maintenance issues with company
e. Provide weekly report on all actions done and results


The bidder should have high experience in
