I'm searching for app & web developer to develop care management software system

I am looking for a software developer to create a care management software system (cloud base software system) both front and back end.

The project is done to some extend and I need a developer who can continue it from where it is now. The app is already designed with limited coding. The developer will have an existing structure to follow and implement their expertise to complete the project. The app should both be compatible with apple and android users (able to download from any mobile phone with apps).

The web application has also been designed to some extent with very limited coding. Looking to finish the web application and progress to the next stage. This system will required a super admin that will be able to control both the app and web application, hence, expertise from a software developer is required.

The current design has been done using the below tools.

1. Android tools and figma for designing Purpose
2. JAVA will be used to Develop functionality, frontend React Native, Node js used for Webservices, Backend
3. Database: Mongo
