renew the application that exist (that is korean application

hi we would like to renew the whole application.
current ---> frontend = andorid(Java) and ios(swift) admin panel=Java
backend= laravel
aws rds and EC2

we have a whoe wireframe and figma design.
but we dont have a figma design for admin panel (but we have a existing admin panel)

please let me know this app is Instagrame function with book sharing community app.
I would like to give you guys development period is 40days. (The period is quite strict. otherwise contract will be cancel)
