I need sport app

Looking to create a multi sports app, so organizers can create and run tournaments, leagues, etc... I want to give the organizer the option to click on our rating system if they would like to use it for their sport. I have an organization that would like to have the rating system included for all their leagues, events, and tournaments. Looking to have to options. A fun rating click options, and competition rating. This way one can host fun tournaments without affecting ones serious rating/ranking. Along with the rating, a side overall ranking based on their rating is something we are looking for. let say we have to people with the same rating; for example 1700. if they have played each other, who ever won their last match would be ranked higher. if they hadn't played each other they both would receive the same ranking. lets say tied ranked as 200 within the platform.
