need someone to code the foundation to a Philips Hue app using their V1 API

We have a smart home app that is mostly HomeKit centric. We would like the ability to control Philips hue lights outside of HK if need be.
We would like a bare bones SwiftUI interface with a list of lights and the ability to control each light's CCT and brightness.
