I need help with customizing a ride share app.

I would like help with creating an Uber like app. I already have access to the initial source code (that will be used) for the Rider & Driver Apps including the location service APIs. Please note that the base code is fully functional in terms of the Rider & Driver App being able to communicate when setup in a test environment. My requirements are to add extra personalised functionality. I have attached a document that might be helpful in providing a more detailed scope of work.
