i need help to build my own app

I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built.
i want to make an app similar to Wattpad, Chapters, Tap or Episode (or something build up based on all of them) for creating either interactive or normal stories, social media stories or written ones, etc. I don't know if you are familiarized with what an AU (Alternate Universe Story) is, but i basically want to make an app made for AUS, so authors dont have to write them in twitter, censoring names anymore, but they can feel free to know their stories are NON CANON and it's known people write, precisely, alternative universes in this app. i want us to work toghether on this.
i don't know how much i can pay since im Latinoamericana, more specifically Argentinian, and our currency is verry devaluated (1 USD = 170 argentinian pesos) so lets get onto an agreement together! Read Less
