I need a flutter app developer for an MVP

I’m looking for Front/Back end Developer needed for creating Flutter app according to UI/UX specifications, it’s an MVP of a social app, for now its only iOS & Android but it should be ready for also website,
- Build mobile applications for android & IOS
- testing/Quality Assurance (Manual, Unit, Integration, Automation, Security, Stress, Checklists, test-cases)
- Ensuring the performance of the application to meet the specifications;
- Publish applications on Apple Store & Google Play.;
- Implementing application updates;
- Technical Support and Maintenance (DB Back-ups, Cloud/Data migration, Bug Fixing)
