I need customer app, delivery boy app,vendor app

I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built.I need customer app, delivery boy app,vendor app, and admin panel and admin can add company users like maneger, team leader, city maneger, to give them access different access and admin can block the delivery boy I'd and when the customer ordered the order need to assign automatically for near by delivery boy, need own QR code for my Products to pack the orders, And need invoice for customer when he ordered to sent his mail or sms and when customer ordered the order will placed msg need to send and when the delivery boy marked deliver that time also customer need to send the confirmation.admin can give access to create I'd for delivery boy,and vendor to login.and when the order will assign automatically to delivery boy he need to see how much he got he completed this order amount and history.
