I need an app made for me

I have the design, and features id like to be implemented, Its going to be a very simple app. Basically. it would show you a daily horoscope of information and products. The products shown in the app would have affiliate links to amazon's products.

I just need help with the graphics of the layout , and the fundamentals of the app to work as supposed to.
