I need a Developer to update my mobile financial app, I will provide the source code

My name is Anthony Nwokeukwu, am the Cofounder of softpay finacial service Ltd. www.softpaysl.com. Softpay Finacial service is planning to inter a Digital payment service market. We have already build our app "softpaysl", however our app need some update, unfortunately the original developer is not available for the update, however we do have the source code, for a new developer to complete the update. The original developer is available to speak to a new developer.
