Hello, I want to develop an event management app to manage conferences, music concerts, comedy shows, and social events Below are the mockup designs.
In this we have two different apps. The first one is for the user and the second one is for the event planner. Both of the users will register into the app. User: Users will see the list of events in category-wise. Users will click on the event then they will see the event details. Events will be two types, First one is the virtual event, In this users will buy the tick and see the live event videos in their app. Second one is real event, In this user will buy the ticket and then they will get a ticket having QR code. When a user move towards the event then they will show their ticket and event planer will scan that QR code. User can also see the upcoming events in the app. User can also see the live feeds into the app, In this user will see the post added by the other users and then like, comment and share on that post. User can also post their images, text, video's into the app. In the program section user will see the lineup activities for that event In the marketplace, section user can purchase items that the event planner is selling like T-shirt. In the network section user can also arrange the meetings with the other user and schedule date, time and location for the meeting. Event Planer: Event planer will add their event details like date, time, location. Event planer can also select the event type like virtual or real event. Event planer can also add images, videos of their event and set the ticket price. When a user came to the real event then Event planer will scan the QR code present in the tick and if its match then they will allow the user to enter in the event. If the user have a virtual event then user will have a unique code when they purchase the ticket and then they will enter that code into the app and then see that virtual event video. Event planer can also add more that one events into the app. Event planer can also chat with the user in the app.
