make an encrypted file vault android

I need an Android app. I already have a design for it, I just need it to be built. basically need someone that understands how Veracrypt works and make a android version to this desktop app.
the app inside, is simple. one side for ledger, orders taken, stock in warehoure.etc the second side is a photo vault.
