I am looking for a person who can teach me how to develop audio/midi multiplatform apps. I think flutter would be the best one, but I am not sure about that yet. So I need some advices from expert freelancers. I've a good HTML, JS and PHP knowledge but I've never been learning other programming languages. It would be nice if the person I am looking for is able to speak Italian as well.
