I am looking for an Android Developer

Hi! I have one new apk and I am looking for a person, maybe an Android Developer with his own account, who could publish my apk on it. But I have some requirements. Since my apk is new, account has to be reliable:

1) created in 2019 or earlier;

2) without any scam apps, such as gambling, dating or guide;

3) without any suspended apps
