I am looking to develop a small display device using IoT

Hi, I want to make a small portable display device prototype which can show the configured values of certain parameters from my app. The device should be having a wifi/sim slot, small alarm speaker, and a mic along with the display lcd. Please ping me those who have done similar products earlier. Please note I am looking for a very economic and affordable proposal only.
