integrate a headless CMS with firebase and integrate Eventbrite API

I need a developer who can integrate a headless CMS like Strapi or contentful with our flutter/firebase app and add the Eventbrite API.
I) Background:
We need a cheap and easy backend solution to allow us to load and manage events in our flutter app. We need a CMS solution to integrate the Eventbrite API, sideload data, and edit and approve events manually.
