iOS + Android mobile app for Woocommerce Dokan multi-vendor website

Existing website needs mobile app. Can be developed with, for example, Fluxbuilder-like applications. Aside from regular shopping app functionality, some emphasized requirements :
-Needs to work with existing Woocommerce site.
-Cart checkout as per website payment options
-Vendor needs to be able to post products with app, need only limited product post fields in mobile app
-ACF support field product filtering and product submission with ACF fields would be great, but not a strict requirement at this time.
-App submission must be included
-We need an Android version for review before things get posted on app stores.
-Need ability to update the clickable images on home screen with custom links to the website without having to update the app.
-Will require source code
