iONIC Location Tracking App In Ionic -- 2

We need urgent help for developing location Tracking App in Ionic to be running in background when we minimize the application.
Please reply only if you knowledge of ionic geo tracking application to be running in background. We are just looking for a plugin with 2 options:
Option 1. It can help our iONIC app to run in background
Option 2 Helps us to get minimize to a floating application when application is minimized.
The problem we are facing is, when we minimize our application, the Android OS kills the application.
