full stack android mobile application for Carpooling with admin app

I need someone who can build a full stack android mobile application for Carpooling with admin app or dashboard. Should use APIs as required. The application features and UI should be like BlaBlacar application. For Frontend they should use Java in Android Studio. For Backend Node.js with Express.js and other frameworks if required. For Database they should use Mongodb. And also build the admin app or dashboard. The driver and rider should be in the same app. The admin app can be different one. For features and other details read the attached document. I need the app with full Code and Explanation. You may also provide data models design for database.
