develop a mobile application

I need to develop a mobile application. The rough requirements are in the list below:
• User will input his/her age and the content displayed will depend on the age
• Data must be categorized and the user will be able to select which category to see
• User can share the content on his/her favorite social media
• User can put daily mood and activity and can see reports about the history
• A page that will allow mindfulness coloring
• Yoga exercises pre recorded
• possibility to post and edit videos (similar to TikTok)
• User can play a game (answer trivia questions)
• Write and read reviews about books and movies
• classes and trainings that are pre recorded
All data must be editable from admin panel
app to be on both ios and android. it is up to developer to choose if we use native or cross platform functionality
