Main Requirements:
. Deliverables must be Web application, Android/iOS mobile app, training and deployment
. Can be fully hosted with monthly subscription fees like Shopify or to be famous platform to be hosted on my AWS account
. Allow individuals & companies to register with mobile, email, name, photo and full address (all must)
. Allow individuals & companies can sell products by adding new or used products with category, sub-category, 1-5 photos, name, id, description, price and quantity
. Allow individuals & companies to see their products, edit them, hide them or delete them
. Allow admins to add/change categories and sub-categories
. Allow individuals & companies to cancel orders at anytime and to return orders within specific number of days
. Allow admins to review, approve or reject products before publishing (after adding first time and after edit anytime)
. Allow individuals & companies to buy one or more products and checkout
. Allow admins to show/hide product owner details like name, photo, mobile, email, address (by default all hidden)
. Allow individuals & companies to checkout and pay with credit cards or cash on delivery
. Allow admins to show or hide one of the payment options (credit card and cash on delivery)
. Allow admins to limit buy/sell to specific country(s) and specific city(s), others worldwide can register but can't buy/sell
. Allow admins to specify delivery fees and cash on delivery fees based on source/destination (fixed or % with min and max)
. Allow admins to add VAT or any type of taxes with specific % of book price and delivery fees
. EGP only but admins may add more currencies later
. English only but admins may add more languages later
. Allow admins to see orders and change status from ordered to rejected or accepted then collected then shipped then delivered
. Allow admins to add delivery name & mobile for each order for easy tracking
. Allow two super admins who can create admins & assign privileges
. Allow admins to view below reports:
. Outstanding orders
. Search and export all orders by status, order date from/to, delivery date from/to, product name/id/owner, cost, country/city
. Search individuals & companies by registration date from/to, name, number of products, number of orders
. Other reports will be welcomed like statistics, costs, revenues, taxes or any financial statements
