can you create a weebly app?

Create a Watercolor Palette Builder tool on the Client’s existing Weebly website that:
* Allows users to select a palette tin, color and size

* Prompts users to build their own custom palette, choosing from the watercolors available on the site

* Is able to be rearranged and visualized as many times as the users wants

* Shows the colors in the package as well as the accompanying color swatch on paper (bottom and top mimicking the actual box in which they come)

* Has filters or categories that guide the user through the journey of making their own palette

* Shows color availability as in current set up, i.e. “out of stock”

* Overall price is in real time (if this is possible with the integrations available for Weebly)

* Applies discount to completed palettes

* Integrates with inventory

* Integrates with the checkout system 

* Communicates the exact arrangement of watercolors to employees on the back-end 

* Integrates a final illustration / animation
* All image and animation assets will be supplied to the Developer
