build me an application

1- registration system
register as an admin or as a user

2- user page:
in this page the user can entry data (name, quantity, etc..)
this data is inserted to data base directly when the user submit the form

3- chat page
the user can text the admin and he can see just his conversation

the data that user entry it can see it in a new page but can't edit or delete it

4- control panel:
the control panel content 10 pages

the first page contain 3 lists ( statistics, user accounts, chats)

*statistics:
-page to show the data that the user enter before as charts
-page to show the data as tables
-page to insert this data to excel file

* user accounts:
the admin can make crud operators

*chats:
admin can see all users' chats

section to make new crud contain some equations and insert into database
