3. each step get usd 1.
4. you step on something, you get record usd 50 big reward.
5. you step on empty house, you can buy it..
6. you step on others user house you pay 10% of your property value, or you can use double price buy it.
7. you can see other user on the board if there inactive for 3 hours or have 0 dices available.
