bar codes reader app

I want to develop a simple app to read barcodes on items then to show thier information like price, wight, size and photo then to add it to a cart, the cart give you all items added and the total price and item remove option. The data base or information of items in the beginning we need about 100 items only as prove of concept MVP app.
