An application for our NGO

We are a growing NGO and we can to create an app (which we will use internally) to keep our volunteers and board members in touch. Basically all the board member will have their page and should be able to communicate among themselves and with the volunteers.

Features needed:
- Chat among volunteers
- Tracking of volunteer volunteering hours
- Sending automatic notifications when a volunteer did not fulfill minimum volunteering hours
- Celebrating birthdays of volunteers through reminders

I am just briefly writing the details but the app is mostly for reducing the task of the HR Team and many other mundane tasks.
