app development needed

Looking for an app to be developed based on our specifications - we can be okay for beta version due to sending it out to investors. The app pairs with an IoT product in development as well so it would need to be able to pair with bluetooth/RFID and other firmware and software issues. Right now though, we want something basic to show people in order to gain investment for future final app development (if this arrangement goes well - we could use you for future app development as well).
