ZOHO - Check in, Check out, Store visit for sales team.
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We currently use ZOHO Books, we also use ZOHO CRM but CRM does not offer what we are looking for.
We want to use ZOHO Books and get an app that can link to ZOHO books and pull information from ZOHO Books into the app. The app will be used by sales team on the road to capture information and make the most of their time on the road. The app and backend needs to do.
1. Open app – Click start day. (End of day Click “End day”)
2. Once day started, GPS tracking is monitored to track full days mileage driven.
3. The call cycle for the sales reps day is displayed, with closest store distance at the top of the list.
4. When rep gets to the store, clicks on the store and then click “Start visit”
5. There will be a few store task to complete (Needs to be able to edit from the backend for Admin)
6. If an order is needed the sales person can place an order on the app and it pushes through to ZOHO books for processing.
7. Once all mandatory tasks are complete the sales person can click “end visit”
8. Once that store has been complete it is then moved to a “Done” tab.
9. Then the next store closest is next on the list. (also tap to open maps)
