Xamarin Native iOs & Android Widget dev

Hello Freelancers,

I need someone to develop a widget for a Xamarin Native project (iOS & Android)
The widget consist of like a circular progressbar / seekbar (see attached image)

Behaviour of the widget :
- Min / Max value
- User slide and I can get the value
- The progressbar's value can be updated programmatically also (value, and cursor will update then)
- The cursor is an arrow outside the progress bar
