Wippie Social Dating App (Home Screen) - React Native

The 1st feature (of many more) of the app will contain the Home Screen in which a user will be presented with options. Based on options the user will have the ability to swipe up or down to express interest or not.

The functional requirements for this feature are:
- Build home screen showing an option, containing an image, text, link to maps
- Ability to swipe up or down on the screen and then load the next option
- Have a menu bar at the bottom which will show the user is on the Home screen
- Below the image, text will be displayed and some tags
- Below the text and tags, the home screen will display a card with Heading, subheading, text and a button

Technical requirements:
- Must be built in React Native
- Can build to iOS and Android
- Documentation, in README files and lots of comments explaining what the code does

The developer will work closely with our lead engineer to ensure we are adhering to engineering best practices, including good clean code and excellent documentation.

The developer will also work closely with our CEO & Product Owner who will supply wireframes to help with the build of the home screen.

We expect the feature to take approximately 1 to 2 weeks.
