Website hybrid and mobile application for Android & IOS

We are looking for full stack developer or a team to build a website (hybrid) and as well as mobile applications for Android and IOS. You should be reasonable to complete the project in time and fix bugs/ errors. Note we are a startup company so our budget is less, but if we like your work, we like continue our alliance in future because we are planning to upgrade our version every year and we will refer you to our clients too.
