Webb and Phone Application Design

The project is the initial part of a major project. It is related to the Insurance Trucking Industry. We will be designing a phone application and a web application with respective prototypes.
Figma is the preferred tool I prefer for designing and prototyping.
The application will be used by the insured customers to request certificates of Insurance and (proof of being Insured) and ID cards. The Wee site will consist of 3 Parts:
Part 1: The same as the phone app for the insureds - So they can access the same functionalities as the phone app. This will be handling a subscription base use (credit card monthly subscription)
Part 2: Access for the Insurance agents to manage their Insureds 9Truckers/Customers), with functionalities such as(but not limited to) Add, Edit, Activate, Inactivate, Delete Upload Insureds(Customers) and their Units.
Add, Edit, Activate, Inactivate, Delete different types of insurance coverages.
Add, Edit, Activate, Inactivate, Delete Insurance Companies
Part 3: Webb access for our Admin's company to have ALL of the above functionalities with respect to Agents and Insureds.
