WebRTC API & SDK Development Company/Team/Developers Needed Urgently

kindly ONLY respond, if you believe that you have a team of developers or company or runs a full stack development agency that has the capacity,
technical resources and experiences required to develop an API & SDK for an RTC platform...

The API & SDK should enable us perform the following:

Push Notification
Unlimited Chat
Unlimited Audio Calls
Unlimited Video Calls
Live Streaming in-App .... AND more.

In Summary, we are looking to develop and have everything contained in the:

AND ALSO, include the entire Strenght of Agora's Interactive Livestream as seen in:

https://www.agora.io/en/products/interactive-live-streaming

Hence producing one single Chat, Voice, Video, Livestream API & SDK for all 3 platforms which are: Web + Android + IOS
which means an API / SDK for Android, another for Web and another for IOS.

Kindly note that we could have easily just take MirrorFly's one-time License and use it, BUT their platform do not include Interactive Livestreaming
as seen in Agora.

Hence we looking to develop our own API & SDK

Kindly also note that once required, i would give you the full features required for the product.
