These checks up have yearly return testing times.
We get the request from the landlord or real estate agent that provides our office the tenant details to make a time for booking the inspection.
When we make a time with the tenants It will inform Automatically a list of relevant employee/subcontractors about a job to book and confirm they are able to do it, after they did confirm the system send notification about Inspection booked and completed.
The Subcontractors are able to log in to their profile and see the job details and fill out the form and attach Pictures to each area with a description of what has been done and if it’s Completed or Fault.
After the form has been completed it’s approved by the subcontractor and going to supervisor approval after the supervisor approved the Owner/agent of the property gets a full report with a link to the report that covers all details needed.
After a period of time(1-2 years) the office gets a notification about this property need to be tested again.
The system can send Invoices to clients and follow up payments, client can have multiple properties under his account. They can also rate the contractor that came to do the job and give feedback.
the system has the option to send out a follow-up email to require feedback / due invoice/request missing information
If it can work with PC CRM and APP for the contractors on the field that can track Location and time contractors spent on location to update work times that will be great.
