Watch Face App Developer

Looking for a resource who can create, post and provide customer links to 3 watch face designs. The designs will be simple (no complications - if you don't know what that is, you're probably not right for this job) and based on detailed PSD files and provided publication assets (screen shots, etc). Need end-to-end service with simple customer link or search instruction once approved and live. Apps need to be approved and live by mid April.
