My experience of working with people began as a chief of service for a large chemical laboratory equipment company. It helped me that I am a chemist by my first education and it was easy for me to speak the same language with the company's employees and candidates for vacancies. The company had 23 regional offices in different cities of our country and a head office in St. Petersburg; the total number of employees was 2500 people. I had to select employees myself, not only for the position of a sales manager, but also for blue-collar specialties, researchers and top management.
