Visual Studio Installation Issue Fixes -- 3

I need help installing my visual studio. I have installed but failed to start and giving me problems. I need someone advanced in this field to help me fix this. I don't need someone who cant fix. This is not just a normal installation issue, it advance one with technical knowledge.
