Video Streaming App

I want a video streaming app like YouTube for several type of videos such as finance, family, technology, kids, shortfilms and etc.. on subscription basis. With related features of likes, comments, share and user upload.
Only in budget friendly. I will arrange database and domain, playstore etc. just development I need. Pre coded app models preferred.
