Video Likes with Youtube Api

Hello. I want to like video with youtube api. When I use Youtube Rate Api, I can like the video. But the number is not increasing. The site called https://ytabone.net/login makes me install an application with a code and can use my account to like videos. It does not do it with its own application. does it with Youtube Apple TV app. I'm looking for someone who can do this.
