Video Calls for elderly clients

I run a Home Care agency for the elderly, we need the ability to do Video-Call Medication Reminders. The main feature is the video call must be answered automatically on the client end. This feature is similar to Amazon's Echo Show drop-in feature. Many elderly do not know how to use technology and this drop-in feature solves that issue. We need an app to run the service. thanks
