VIDEO CALL APP (Telehealth video call app) **

Hello,
We are looking for an app developer to help us develop a Telehealth app for a physician/doctor.
It is a very simple app but we want to make sure it works smoothly and it is SIMPLE and EASY to work with.
The way this app should work is to be able to do VIDEO calls through the app.
The doctor wants be to be able to provide iPads to different locations in different hospitals so that the healthcare staff/Nurses are able to connect and reach the doctor via video phone call by pressing a button.
The app will be used only between the doctor and the nurses that are in the hospital.
If the doctor is on another call, the caller should be notified and put on hold similar to a regular telephone service that is put on hold with music or voice.
Work type is from concept to development.
Please show previous work for similar projects.
Must be compatible for both Android and IOS.
Depending on the quality of work, we will hire the freelancer for all upcoming projects.
