Here are ERP FLOW for Event Management, note all functionality done at ERP Side, from mobile app side require to mark attendance by staff/supervisor/manager for event and view the information.
1) Customer Send inquiry from Company Website
2) Security Manager received inquiry and quote to customer from ERP or Mobile.
3) One Purchase order received, Security Manager Create Event Job , Fill all Details Area wise marking Geo fencing Location, create teams and add himself as Manager, Supervisor & upload list Staff with or without Firebase/sms authentication.
4) Login code generated automatically when upload staff list, Sent to Staff Manually or Otp by Firebase ID or SMS in future to be sent through notification.
5) On Event Date, Staff & Supervisor login with mobile login code and get OTP (OTP process we do later). and press Start Shift to Mark Attendance.
6) Customer, Manager & Supervisor Live Track All Agents, Click2call, Group Chat Upload any files, Report Incident - Automatically Time Sheet will be sent Every day & End of Event to Manager & Security Supervisor - Manager Invoice to Customer from our ERP/App.
