Upgrade App from Node 12 to 17 (Ionic / Capacitor / React)

I have a mobile (Android and iOS) app that needs to be upgraded (with its dependencies) from Node 12 to Node 17. I have attached a redacted copy of the package.json, to show which packages (and the versions) are currently installed and may need to be upgraded to the most recent versions. The project must continue to build / sync without errors or warnings once the upgrade is complete. If you have any questions, not answered here: please feel free to reach out on chat.
