Updating Ionic App from V3 to V6 or V5

The app is working perfectly now in both Android and it was working perfectly last two months for iOS, the only problem that is Crashing now on the iOS latest update 15.2.
What it is needed:
Update the whole application source code to the latest Ionic version v6.0 and make sure that it is working in Both Android and iOS.
Note:
After this task is done, there is a change to get a permanent work as a technical support employee.
