Update app in flutter old code -- 2

We currently have an app that is in the play store. As every year, the graphic appearance and the contents must be updated.
Most sections are webview that are read from an external server and sections with lists that are read from firebase.
There are a couple of sections to delete this year, such as the qr reader. Now add a new section.
I need to update an app written in flutter and a management panel in angular.
the database is in Goggle Firebase
You have to correct some viewing errors in the webview and add a new section (an exam-type questionnaire), Review the push notifications section and minor changes.
Also the resources and the graphic appearance with the resources of this year.
Graphic resources and current source code are provided.
