Update IOS project to current App Store requirements (relisted)

I have an IOS project written in Objective C that has been available on the Apple App Store for several years.
Recently Apple removed my app due to it no longer being compliant with their new requirements.
I have full source code for the project, and need it updated so as I can resubmit it and get it back up on the app store. No functional changes are required other than what apple is now requiring.
The app does use a couple of third party free libraries that may also need to be updated to the latest versions.
I will supply the full source code as used to build and submit the last version to the App Store. Any changes required will be as a result of apples new requirements and not because of bugs or functionality changes.
I need the app modified to comply, so I can just open it in my version of Xcode and upload it to the App Store without any errors.
