Update Existing iOS App -- 2
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
You are an iOS Developer with experience in the development of iOS mobile phone apps with Push messaging. The requested app is the re-skinning and branding of a popular open source messaging client.
We would require you to be able to upload the app to the apple app store connect (ours) and talk us through the submission process and also address any issues if it's not accepted straight away into the app store.
We are not building a new app. We are taking an open source project, re-skining it and updating the app to use our messaging server. Right now it lets you set your own, and uses the open source projects default messaging server.

Change Branding and Add multiple home server pull-down
-SetUp Push Messaging Functionality (40%)
- CI/CD (15%)
Create CI/CD pipeline within our Environment to pull in open-source project, and merge our changes. The idea here is always have the latest code from vector-im open source project to merge into our Code Base.
-Misc (15%) Unknowns / App Store Integration
You will have a Senior DevOps Resource to assist in the CI/CD pipeline. We can configure the pipeline, we just need to know what commands are run to build the app.
I'm using GitHub as source code repository.

The right developer will be able to provide me with the following skills and services:

* Integrate updates of the Open Source Project into a new Code Release

* Check-in the source code into our GitHub repository

I'm the product owner of a Community Platform. The project is under development but will go public soon.
TLDR; - Take an existing iOS open source client, re-brand it, add home server selector through drop-down and add it to our CI/CD Pipeline. We want to be able to merge the latest code from the open source project into our code base. There is a Push messaging component that has some complexity because of how iOS handles push messaging. And then we add it to the Apple App Store. This is the Scope.
