Unity - AR experience using AR Foundation - EXPERT AT UNITY REQUIRED -- 2

We need to create an AR app experience which will be for iOS(iPad will be used for iOS). It needs to be built using Unity AR Foundation using Unity v2020.3.30f1. Below are the project requirements which need to be covered and what is expected from the user experience. For iOS, the app will not need to go to the apple store it will be instead added to the device directly.

Please quote how many hours you feel this would take everything will be very rough initially and they we will add more as we go along.

Can use dummy assets initially, functionality will be the important part

Requirements/UX:
1. Loading screen before experience starts - on this loading screen we will have a logo, text, a next button and an options cog, when the user clicks on it they can select either large scale or small scale for the experience, which will manually set all of the models to a specific size throughout the experience.

2. When the next button is clicked a form field will appear where the user can add their details in order to receive some information at the end of the experience. They can either fill this in or skip this step, next button is then clicked.

3. An onboarding screen will show, on this screen it will show all the UI elements which the user will use and how to use them this includes previous and next button to interact with the model infront of the user, restart button when clicked it will show a modal to ask if the user wants to restart the experience they are on or if they want to carry on going. There is also a close button which can be clicked to exit the experience and close down the model which is being viewed. Last UI element is a progress bar and name of the experience which will show at the top left of the page, the progress bar will go up as the user interacts with the model. So if we have 2 tool tips which the user can interact with this will mean each one is 50% progress on the bar (this will need to be dynamic based on the amount of tooltips which the user can interact with per experience). The onboarding screen also shows the user that when they look or hover over a tooltip there will be a small little progress symbol shown around the tooltip to let you know this is about to be activated and then the text will show.

3. Once the user has completed the onboarding experience, they will then have a message at the bottom to say scan a marker, when the user then places the crosshair over the marker a button will show in the bottom right and when clicked this will trigger the 3d model animation. The user can then interact with the model and activate the tooltips as mentioned in onboarding and also walk around the model. If a user has activated a model and looks away with the ipad the model should stay in place until the user looks at the marker again which will refresh the position of the model. There may be some cases where when the user interacts with the model it will trigger another animation which will be applied to the module, we may have constant animation too.(please advise on the best way to have multiple animations play for one 3d model). We will have 1 animated experiences for the user to start off with more to be added in the future. This will be activated by an Image tracker marker. Some experiences may have aspects of interaction for the user for example touch or an acknowledgment of information like clicking next on button. Once the user has finished with one of the experiences a close button should show which will then activate the animations disappear state(fold away).

4. Final marker will activate an end of experience state where a thank you message shows with the option to add their email via clicking sign up or to click close experience which will bring the user right back to the home screen.
